Grants – Post-award setup, reporting & claims

Securing a grant is only the beginning of the funding journey. Once awarded, projects must be set up, monitored and reported in strict accordance with funder requirements. We provide post-award support to ensure that businesses remain compliant, claims are processed smoothly, and funding continues without disruption.

  • Project setup – guiding you through the funder’s initiation process, including consortium agreements, project start documentation and system registrations. We ensure deadlines are met to avoid withdrawal of the award.
  • Monitoring and reporting – preparing progress updates, milestone evidence and financial summaries for monitoring officers. We help structure reports so that achievements, risks and mitigations are clearly presented.
  • Claims preparation – supporting the completion of quarterly claims, collating the necessary time, cost and expenditure evidence, and ensuring alignment with the approved budget and funding rules.
  • Audit and compliance checks – advising on documentation retention, Independent Accountant’s Reports where required, and any additional compliance obligations.
